Process Details
Manager or Supervisor monitors the expiration date for direct reports from the Manager Dashboard to determine if the contract will be renewed. If the contract is renewed, the Manager runs, prints and signs the UID4066 Contract Report. When the Contract is reviewed and signed by the Employee and Administrative Official, the Manager completes an online form with the signed Contract Renewal form. A Manager receives notification of contract acceptance after the Employees job record is updated.
Employee reviews and signs the Contract report, then sends it to the Administrative Official.
Administrative Official reviews and signs the Contract report, then sends it to the Manager.
Employee
Employee Services Manager/ Analyst has the ability to track the contract expiration date using the HR dashboard. After the Manager completes an online form with the signed Contract Renewal form, the Employee Services Manager/ Analyst receives the Contract Renewal for acceptance and updates the Employees job record. The Employee Services Manager/ Analyst has the ability to print the Employees contract with the accepted date.
